A Robin's Nest

After living in the south for many years where robins usually only
pass through during the winter as they head south and don't nest in the area,
I've wanted to see a robin's nest for a long time. After moving north this year, I was
excited when my sister recently discovered this one in a tree in the front yard!

If you look closely, you can see the mother robin sitting on her nest.:)
Four beautiful blue eggs. :) It shouldn't be long before
they should hopefully hatch!

The works of the LORD are great, sought out of all them
that have pleasure therein.  ~Psalms 111:2

The blue of Robin's eggs is gorgeous! God's creation is so wonderful!

Oh that men would praise the Lord for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men! Psalm 107:21

I just love seeing robins! I'm hoping to find a nest up here to show the kids, of course I'd like to see it too! :) We've had quite a lot of robins in the yard lately, I don't know if they start nesting this early up here or not.

I love the new blog! :)
