A Promise For Today: Fear the LORD

O fear the LORD, ye his saints: for there is no want
to them that fear him. The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD
shall not want any good thing
-Psalms 34:9-10

Thank you for the reminder of how our gracious and loving Heavenly Father will always provide our needs and is with us every step of the way through life. We may not understand His ways, but He knows best. Bless you for sharing this. Hugs.

O I love the snowdrops dear Sunshine, how beautifully captured! And the verse is a joy and encouragement to our heart. It’s easy to feel down and look inwardly instead of trusting yielding to the all faithful One. How He loves us.
Thanks for being a blessing, and may God bless you too, dear Sunshine ❤️❤️

Hi dear Sunshine,
Pray for you so was good to get recent comment on my blog post on prayer with fasting.
I've added an EDIT to it.
This is it:
"EDIT:
Purpose of Fasting: Fasting helps your focus and fervency. Foregoing food focuses you like nothing else does. We are but flesh, we need help to keep a Heavenly focus on things.
Re fasting and personal difficulties:
I've health issues. I cannot fast long, some meds need food. But I can miss out on in between snacks or one meal in middle or beginning of day. Quite simply "work out your own salvation with fear and trembling" as Paul said. We are answerable to our sweet Lord and none else. He understands. Rest in Him, He gets it."
As with all parts of our walk, it's the Lord Who is our guide and look to Him in what He wants you to do.
Sending prayer hugs for His keeping upon you in every way.
Hugs Shaz.xx
