If, while in this vale of tears,
My path should be beset with fears,
Still help me, Lord, to trust in Thee. All things, my Father! then at last,
When all my days on earth are past,
When troubles shall forever cease,
And all my trials end in peace,
When I shall bid this world farewell,
And upward mount with Thee to dwell,
There to behold Thee face to face,
And know the riches of Thy grace;
I’ll sing throughout eternity,
“All things have worked for good to me.”
"And we know that all things work together for good
to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose."
-Romans 8:28
What a comforting thought this has been to me this morning!
May the Lord bless it to each of us by His grace - to trust in Him at all times, and have His perfect peace ruling in our hearts.

I like your poem! Very nice!
I’m sorry, I should have specified in my post that I did not write this poem this time! I didn’t realize until afterwards that I didn’t get the author’s name. I looked it up today, and it is written by someone named A.L. Ashley. I really appreciated the words.
I am glad you enjoyed it too!
