T-Shirt Quilt

I started on this quilt for one of my younger brothers a couple
years or so ago, and recently pulled it out again in hopes of getting it
completed soon.  I used some of my brother's favorite old t-shirts, and
a pair or two of his camouflaged pants.

I would have to say that it's more for the memories than for good looks,
but has a lot of memories for my mom especially. :)

Now, to just get it finished... :)

What a neat idea! What did you use for the back? Are you going to hand quilt it? tie it?

Thanks, Lindsey! I haven't got the back put on yet, but I have a large tan-colored sheet that I was planning on using. I also thought I might add a tan border around the quilt front, and embroider something on it. As for finishing it, tying would be a lot faster, but I prefer the look of hand quilting best. I'll probably save most of that more tedious job for this fall/winter. :)
